Hello everyone, I’m Jade and today on 3Minute Thursday, I want to create a formula designed to help optimize exercise and nutrition efforts featuring Foptim as our hero ingredient from our friends at Microphyt. Let’s jump right into building the formula. We’ll start by choosing our dosage form. Choose formulation type. Choose powder-filled capsule. Now our serving size will be two capsules per serving with 30 servings per container. Next, we’ll choose a standard cap. Then we’ll choose HPMC polymer. And finally, we’ll use the excipient generator and set it to clean label by RIBUS with a specialty base. Now is the fun part. Let’s add in the ingredients to build our formula since we have the system all ready to go. Starting with Foptim at 630 mg. As a standalone ingredient, this is amazing. But we can still add some support vitamins, which will be: vitamin B1 at 1.2 mg, vitamin B2 at 1.3 mg, niacin at 16 mg, folate at 400 micrograms, vitamin B12 at 2.4 micrograms, biotin at 30 micrograms, and finally we’ll finish it with pantothenic acid at 5 mg.
