Today on 3 Minute Thursday, we're going to build a hydration powder that includes Cognizant from our friends at Kiowa. I found a similar product on the market and I'm going to use their supplement facts as a starting point. Let's jump right in. We're going to choose a powder for hydration, one scoop per serving, 30 servings per container, a standard cap, supplement facts, and low level of natural flavor and sweetener.

Going from the bottom up on the supplement facts, we'll add sodium from citrate at a hundred milligrams, potassium from chloride at two hundred milligrams, magnesium from oxide at 86 milligrams, calcium from citrate at 81 milligrams, B12 at 2.2 micrograms, B6 at 2 milligrams, niacinamide at 14 milligrams, vitamin C as ascorbic acid at six hundred and thirty milligrams, and of course, cognizant at two hundred and fifty milligrams.

Let's check how the supplement facts is formatting. All looks good. So now we can save the formula, we can view the record, export the specification sheet, And this is where we will find the contact details for Kiowa, which is where we would get Cognizant from. And that is a hydration powder in 3 minutes or less.
