Today on 3 Minute Thursday, I'm going to create an exercise recovery formula featuring PAMA Plus from our friends at Stauber.

Let's jump right into building the formula. first, we're going to choose dosage form, powder, then all others. Next, we're going to choose serving size, one scoop per serving, and 30 servings per container. Next, we're going to choose standard cap, then nutrition facts box. And finally, we'll use the system flavor generator to estimate the cost, and the sweetener generator to give us a starting point for flavor work.

We will set both to natural and low. first, we'll add taurine at five hundred milligrams. Then, choose palma plus at six hundred milligrams. Then, choose some calcium and magnesium as Aquaman, also from Stauber at 750 milligrams. Finally, we'll round the formula out with BCAAs at 5 grams. Looking at the nutrition facts, you'll see everything is formatted correctly, but we have to wonder if this will look better as the supplement facts. Not a problem. We'll go back, choose Supplement Facts, and then go back to our formula, and the Supplement Facts looks great.

However, maybe we want this in a tablet. No problem. We'll go back to the previous screen, choose Tablet, Single Layer Tablet, 2 Per Serving, and Standard Excipients. We'll move everything into the tablet and realize the dose is too big with 5 grams of BCAA. No problem. We'll remove those and now everything looks great.
