first, let's look at the ingredient record for K-II Vital one percent on MCT oil. At the top, there's a carriers tab where you can input carrier percentages. The system automatically calculates overall carrier inclusion, and if they exceed one percent, they're added to the label. No manual math needed.

Now, let's build the formula. Dosage form, capsule, hard shell, liquid filled, serving size, 2 capsules per serving, 30 servings per container with a standard cap and HPMC polymer. Now we can start with the ingredients. Let's start with a glycerin base. Now let's do vitacholine at two hundred and twenty five milligrams. And finally, K 2 vital at 80 micrograms.
