In today's 3 Minute Thursday, we're going to work on a liquid-filled capsule featuring 2 ingredients from our friends at Innovactive. But we're also going to take this opportunity to show you the control you have over how ingredients are displayed on your label. Let's go ahead and log in.

Let's look at the first ingredient we're going to work with, Ioade from Innovactive. Now this is iodine. So it's gonna pull the B 2 section name from here. And I went ahead and set it up as a brown seaweed extract. Down here, you have control over if it shows up in the B 3 section of the label, source of nutrients is pulling from here. Without that checked, all it's gonna say is iodine. Let's go ahead and choose that IOAID. We want to put in a hundred and fifty micrograms of iodine or one hundred percent of the daily value.

If we look at the fact sheet, all it's saying right now is iodine. Let's go ahead and add our second ingredient, which is Pal-X, also from Innoactive. Here we're going to do a thousand milligrams and put it in the capsule. Now, if we look at the fact sheet, it's formatted them accordingly, but we have some additional control over what appears here next to iodine. Let's go ahead and save this as a draft.

Then we'll pull up the ingredient record, scroll down and choose show source of nutrients and hit save. We go back to our draft. Let everything calculate and look at our label. It's now populated the scientific name next to iodine. We can go one step further if we want. Go back to the ingredient and let's also choose show B 3. We'll bring the draft back up. Let everything calculate. Now if we look at the fact sheet, it's also put the trademarked information down into the B 3 section.

Now we love our regulatory friends out there. And they may look at this label in its current state and think intervening material in the B-II section. But just remember, you can set it however you want. I'm doing this purely as an example so you can see how to change it around. Let's go ahead and save this formula.
