Hi, I'm Jade and an intern this summer at Path Forward Formulator. I thought it'd be fun to do a three minute Thursday and show you how easy it is to build new products with the app in 3 minutes or less. I don't have any formulation experience and yet I'm still able to use the app to create new products. Please click the link in the post above to schedule your demo. in today's 3 minute thursday i'm going to build a sleep gummy based off the supplement facts of a product i actually use myself as a college student not getting a lot of quality sleep i weigh the gummy and know that it is a three gram gummy and from the label i can see it is gelatin based So I choose formula, add new, gummies and gelatin.

I can see from the label this product has a little bit of sugar, so I'll go with sugar syrup base to add it. This product is 2 gummy per serving, and there are 25 servings in the bottle. They are using a supplement vax, natural flavors, and no additional sweeteners. We'll use a rice flour coating and no sanding. Next, we will add ingredients working from bottom up on the supplement facts.

We'll add lemon balm extract at 16 milligrams, passion flower at 17 milligrams, chamomile extract at 17 milligrams, L-theanine at a hundred milligrams, and melatonin at 3 milligrams. That is it for the actives. I can see that they have 5 milligrams of sodium citrate, which is probably added to round the flavor out a bit, so I'll add that in as well.

Let's take a look at the supplement facts and confirm it is nearly identical to the product I take. Now we can save the formula, view the record, and see all of our costing estimates.
