Episode 7: Innovactive + Biova

Hi, I'm Rebecca and welcome back to our 3 Minute Thursdays series where we demonstrate features of our app while building a formula in 3 minutes or less. Today on 3 Minute Thursdays, we're going to make a skin health gummy with ingredients from our friends at Innovactive in Biola. Let's go with a pectin gummy with a natural sugar-free syrup base. We'll start with 2 gummies per serving, 30 servings per container, and a standard bottle cap.

We know we'll need a five gram gummy for this formula. Let's choose a supplement fax, a low level of natural flavor, a low level of natural sweetener, and a rice flour coating. Since we chose sugar free, we will not be picking a sanding as that would add some sugar. Let's choose to use Myo Serum from Innovactive, and the system is telling us the recommended dose is 20 milligrams.

Next, let's choose Biova Bio from Biova, which is the skin health version of their egg membrane product. And we know from their clinical study that we need four hundred and fifty milligrams. Now that we have those in the formula, we can check the cost estimate on the right, the bottle size, and view our supplement facts. Everything looks great, so let's go ahead and save it.

And then view the formula, and let's export the specification sheet. Here, we will find the formula with potency and overage calculation, and our overage section also includes a small bit of manufacturing variance. Plus, all components of the syrup base in their respective quantities will populate here.
